Acc Limited has informed the Exchange that at the Meeting of the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board held on November 09, 2009. 1,570 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ESOS Scheme as under :- (1) ESOS: 2001, No. of shares: 75 (2) ESOS: 2004, No. of Shares :1,495. Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,77,09,447 shares to 18,77,11,017 shares of Rs. 10/- face value, as of date.
