With reference to the earlier annoucement dated November 06, 2009, Tata Power Company Ltd has informed BSE that the coupon for the FCCBs has been fixed at 1.75% p.a. The closing and settlement of the FCCB issue remains subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions.
