Uttam Sugar Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2009, inter alia, has decided to extend the current financial year upto March 31, 2009 so that the Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss Account giving effect of such extension shall be compiled for a period of 15 (fifteen) months.
