Why the stock is Highly Volatile?

Could some one explain?

I am watching this stock since the levels of 17 rupees, one and half year back.

This stock will not depend on the market most of the times.

It used to surge by 3 or 4% even if the market was down by 150/200 points.

What are the triggers which will impact this share?

Why the stock is highly volatile?

ICICI Direct, ShareKhan and IndiaInfoline are all bullish on this share with a target of 54. Infact, it is moving towards that point, but slowly.

What are all the triggers for this stock to raise/fall?

Could some one please explain.
