IVR Prime Urban Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2009, after considering recommendations of its Committee of Directors, the Valuation Report including the share swap ratio dated November 09, 2009 prepared by M/s. SSPA & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai and the Fairness Opinion dated November 09, 2009 submitted by Enam Securities Pvt. Ltd. and after considering other commercial matters, unanimously approved the Amalgamation of IVR Strategic Resources & Services Ltd. ("SRSL") and IVRCL Water Infrastructures Ltd. ("WIL") with IVR Prime Urban Developers Ltd. ("IVR Prime").
