Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited has informed the Exchange that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at it Meeting held on November 09, 2009 has allotted 1,61,110 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options under following series: ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01: 57,920 equity shares ; ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01: 37,763 equity shares; ESOP Scheme Series 2007/06: 315 equity shares; ESOP Scheme Series 2007/12: 65,112 equity shares.
