MUMBAI: Gulf Oil Corp Ltd will issue 2.479 cr equity shares to existing share holders on rights basis for Rs 32 a share to raise Rs 79.31 crore, it said in the offer document on Monday.
The company will issue one equity share for every three shares held by the existing shareholders, it said in a filing to the market regulator SEBI.
