1. Preferential Allotment of Equity Shares to Madison India Capital HC.

2. Alteration in the Articles of Association of the Company.

3. Appointment of Mr. Surya Chadha as Director of the Company.

Its not a short term trading play as the volumes are low, but such investment is obviously very good for the medium and long term. The new Board memeber has impressive background

I think this stock will soar soon, look at results recently, look at sector and strengths and financial investor only endorse that, wetehr its is one week or 3 months dont know but it can be a multibagger
