Suzlon Energy Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The ESOP Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7th November 2009 has allotted 8,000 equity shares of Rs.2/- each to the option grantees, pursuant to exercise of the options granted to the eligible employees of the Company and its Subsidiary Companies under the Employee Stock Options Plan-2005".
