Bonus ia 1 for 10 and not 1 for 1. Further these shares will have lower votimng rights and will be quoted separately which is likely to be lower than normal shares. Company has lost its sheen. rpgarga

Who are these Non promoter share holders of the company whom these bonus right shares are being given? Are investers like us who are holding 400-500 shares also included in above mentioned distribution list? Krrish
All share holders except promoters are eligible for GNMRL Bonus Shares. But date of receiving of shares in our demat account only god knows or Aun Kumar Jagatramka Knows. This company is very slow in transaction. Result Never available on NSE on the date of Result, AFter 20 days of Ex Bonus of GNMRL, Shares not credited in account which proves how much poor performance of GUJNRE Staff
The issue of bonus shares by GUJ NRE is little confusing.As I understand -
1 The ratio of bonus shares is 1 for 10.
2 The bonus shares are called B shares and they have 1/100th voting rights compared to normal equity shares
3 The required resolution was to be passed by the share holders by postal ballot.The last date for receiving the ballots is 16th Nov.`09. So now the ex bonus date and record date will be announced.
4 It is not clear whether the B shares will be listed seperately, when thy will be listed, and will these shares trade at a discount to the normal shares.
5 To make the whole thing more confusing GNMRL, a assosiate company of GUJ NRE is issuing bonus shares to its non prpmoter shareholders !!
Is it better to get out of GUJ NRE , and review , when the dust settles? Can some knowledgable boarders throw light on the matter?
gnre mineral...bonus shares??? will gnre coke share holders get the bonus shares??? if yes, what is the record date... what is the ratio... if you can shed some light on that it would be really helpful...
