Patni Computer Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation & Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company, vide resolution dated November 03, 2009, has approved the grant of 15,000 ADR Linked Options at an Exercise Price of USS 19.35 per ADR to an eligible employee, under the Companys Stock Option Plan ("Patni ESOP 2003 (Revised 2009)").
