IVR Prime Urban Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 09, 2009, inter alia, to consider, take on record and approve the recommendation of the Committee of Directors, the Valuation report, share swap ration, fairness opinion and the scheme of amalgamation of IVR Strategic Resources and Services Ltd. (SRSL) and IVRCL Water Infrastructures Ltd (WIL) with IVR Prime Urban Developers Ltd.
