Hotel Leela Venture Ltd. has informed the Exchange vide notes to Accounts in the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009 (taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2009) that : "With reference to the Auditors observation about the balance due from HUDCO as reflected in the Annual Report of 2008-09, the Company has recognised interest receivable at the rates confirmed by the Supreme Court of India while dismissing the appeal of HUDCO and upholding the Arbitral Award in our favour".
