Trent Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has entered into definitive agreements on November 04, 2009 for (i) sale of 14,03,903 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, held by the Company in its unlisted Subsidiary Landmark Ltd. to TVS Shriram Growth Fund I for a consideration of around Rs. 50 crores (ii) subscription by the Fund of a further 4,21,171 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each in Landmark Ltd. at a consideration of around Rs 15 crores.
In this regard, the Company has issued a Press Release dated November 04, 2009 titled "TVS Shriram Growth Fund I invests Rs. 65 crores in Landmark Limited"
