Greaves Cotton Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 03, 2009 declared First Interim Dividend at the rate of Re. 1/- (Rupee One only) per share for the current financial year 2009-10. Further, for the purpose of payment of aforesaid dividend, November 23, 2009 has been fixed as "Record Date" to determine the eligibility of the shareholders who will be entitled to receive the dividend. The above dividend will be paid on November 30, 2009.
