Bharat Petroleum Corpn. Ltd has informed the Exchange that "Shri S V Kulkarni has taken over as Company Secretary of BPCL w.e.f. 1.11.2009, in place of Shri N. Viswakumar, who has superannuated from the services and he will act as the Compliance Officer of the Company".
