Indian Oil Corporation Ltd has informed the Exchange that "The Committee of Directors have allotted 121,39,76,241 equity shares of Rs.10/- each as bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 to the eligible shareholders as on the Record Date of 30th October,09. Consequently, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands enhanced from Rs.1213.97 crore to Rs.2427.95 crore".
