I encounter following problems /difficulties while trading with reliance money trading terminal .I had written a complain to the coustomer care regarding NON EXISTANT COUSTOMER CARE.My points of contention were the following .Everyone is requested who is trading through reliance money and who are having difficulty with the trading terminal or the coustomer care should write ti the coustomer greivance cells.The problems which i have encountered are ennumerated as following.
1- Coommodity trading can not be done as you cannot login with same password and secret mumerical code.File to activate the commodity insta trade does not download properly
2- there is no body present locally to explain the difficulties.Earlier the office was present but it disappered. facts.
3.After market tading calls though boldly flashed on the site from 7 pm to 9 am hrs never get executed.
4.They arbitarilly changed the limit card plan to brokerage plan giving july as cutoff date without educating the clients which created pANIC AND NEEDLESS FINANCIAL LOSS TO THE investors who did not know what to do whether to stay in limit card or in brokerage plans.
5. No quaterly bills are shared with the cilent in physical forms as written statement wide post at the home address.All people are not computer savey and taking print out from the email box of reliance money is not easy.
6.Your email correspondence is so complicated that it is not understood easily.
7.The portfolio managemnt of the relaince money continues to show the shares which are no more held with the coustomer and their current market price is depicted which totally distorts the final figures.
9- Thereare times when even super trade gives login difficulties.
10- Some times the net position report is blank even during the active trading hours and client having actively traded.
Any body encountering the problems may please press such issues with reliance money so that they are hard pressed to attend.

dear sir u are telling very correct.i am also reliancemoney customer and i am also facing same type of problem.some times login page also not opens and suppose u have placed some order then some times it will go in que for 3-4 hrs.u can not do anything with that order.i am also suffering a lot of problems with reliancemoney trading site.

I have persued the matter through email to coustomer greivance cell.They have taken 6 weeks to respond but have responded.
In case you are having the local office your work will be expediated but in case its not present locally they will send some one from the adjoining area to attend to your problem .However i am trafing through the sper trade and it also has its own problems.

After 45 days of lodging my comlain to coustomer greivance cell through email Reliance money rep came from the adjoining area.He rectifieed only one problem of my several problems faced.He also bought afresh commodity trading form and demanded new photograph , resedential proof and pan card copy .
The techniqual person from the bombay head office will contact for other techniqual problems faced
