Arvind Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on October 30, 2009 (1) The Board of Directors has approved an enabling resolution, subject to approval of the shareholders, for raising of funds for an amount upto Rs.250 crores through issue of further securities in the company.
