Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Arun Nanda, Executive Director of the Company after a distinguished career of 36 years with the Group, has requested that he be permitted to give up his responsibility as Executive Director w.e.f. April 01, 2010, so that he can pursue his long cherished interest in the social sector.
Mr. Nanda will however retain his multifarious board positions in the Mahindra Group Companies including Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Ltd and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.
The Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the Press Release issued by the Company in this regards.
