Future Capital Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2009, inter alia, has approved the appointment of Mr. Sameer Sain as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Sameer Sain shall continue as the Managing Director of the Company and will therefore, be the Vice Chairman & Managing Director of the Company.
