Peninsula Land is a profitable real estate company whose stock has fallen 20% in the last one week. These are kind of opportunities we wait for. Congrats to all fellow shareholders who have been buying along with me.
I think this is the only real estate company where investor can hope to earn regular Dividends along with steady appreciation. Please correct if I am wrong.
Mr. cool bull, investors are not investing in stock market to earn dividend from comp. they want to earn money by trading. this companys is trading below the moving average of 30 days and 50. certainly the stock will go down further at 60 level....
According to me those are not investors but traders. I have another profession and hence I am not able to devote enough time for regular trading. Hence, I am always in search of Dividend paying medium term to long term growth stories. Idea is even if I am not able to time my entry and exit right, at least I have Dividend returns. In Peninsula, I find a good real estate company, with sound liquidity and risk management. Hence, if it comes down, I will be happy to buy it more. When it had gone down to Rs.22 levels I had bought significant quantities. But sold them when the scrip reached around Rs.70/-, as economic scenario was not clear, I sold off significant chunk of my holdings. Now once again I am seeing good prospects for Real Estate Industry. At the same time I also want to diversify my holdings with some other real estate player who has similar business model like that of Peninsula. If you know any, please share. Any way thanks for your technical inputs. Would wait for correction in price to add more.Thanks.
I have not looked at Ansals on account of the family`s connection with Uphaar tragedy. Further, I feel Mumbai Real estate holds more promise than Real Estate at NCR as at Mumbai supply is limited. Peninsula is having land bank mainly in Mumbai. At NCR, Anantraj Industries is a RE player having very good liquidity.
Oh, if it goes to 60 level, I will be very happy because I can buy a truck load of Peninsula stock. I already have a van load full. Serious investors like me are waiting for every fall.
It very nearly did try that in afternoon but the market was not supportive to its breakout. It will very well do that tomorrow if the market gains 100 odd points, so watch out...
Ansals Housing is good value stock, and I own their shares too. You can have some of them for 3-5 years. Their projects are doing well; will give very good return.
Dear Pandumanu, rather than generalizing what other investors want, just talk about yourself. For example, I value dividends and I have 5 year timeframe. If your Rs 60 prediction happens, very good, long term investors like me will buy more shares. I don`t trade my shares regularly. I will sell a few shares when the share price is 200 after a few quarters. And at that time, 200 will look good value.
The dip in prices of Peninsula Land is now a great opportunity to accumulate. With its business model Peninsula will become even more stronger going forward.
