New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2009, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Have approved the appointment of Mr. Pramod Bhasin as an Additional Director on the Board subject to requisite approvals as may be required.
2. Have taken on record the resignation of Mr. Heramb Ravindra Hajarnavis as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect.
