New Delhi Television Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on October 28, 2009: (1) Have approved the appointment of Mr. Pramod Bhasin as an Additional Director on the Board, subject to requisite approvals, as may be required. (2) Have taken on record the resignation of Mr. Heramb Ravindra Hajarnavi as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect.
