The India Cements Limited has informed the Exchange that at the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on October 28, 2009, the Board - 1) recorded the appointment of Mr.K.P.Nair by IDBI Bank Limited on companys Board with effect from October 14, 2009 and 2) co-opted Mr.Arun Datta as a Director of the Company.
