Acc Limited has informed the Exchange that at the Meeting of the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board held on October 28, 2009. 3,050 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ESOS Scheme as under :- ESOS: 2004, No. of Shares :3,050. Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,77,06,397 shares to 18,77,09,447 shares of Rs. 10/- face value, as of date.
