Orbit Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on October 28, 2009 has issued and allotted 775,673 Equity Shares of Face value of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 51.22 per Equity share, pursuant to the conversion of warrants.
