Ismt Limited has informed the Exchange vide notes to Accounts in the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009 (taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2009) that: "During the current quarter and half year, the Company has not utilised any amount out of the proceeds from Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds towards objects of the issue".
