Eclerx Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2009, inter-alia, accorded its consent to the following: 1) Declaration and payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2009-10 at the rate of Rs. 7.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each; and 2) Fixation of record date for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement for the said Interim Dividend as November 11, 2009.
