Geometric Limited has informed the Exchange that "The Compensation Committee of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2009 has granted 25,000 options to the senior management of the Company and its subsidiary. Each Vested Option shall be convertible into 1 equity share of the Company of the face value of Rs. 2/- each at the exercise price. The vested options shall be exercisable within such period not exceeding five years from the date of grant".
