Hcl Technologies Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors, at their meeting held on October 28, 2009 has declared an interim dividend of Re.1/- per equity share of Rs.2/- each of the Company. The Record date of November 03, 2009 fixed for payment of said interim dividend has been confirmed by the Board of Directors.
