Greaves Cotton Limited had informed the Exchange regarding the date of payment of Final Dividend as November 16, 2009. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Final Dividend declared at the Annual General Meeting held on October 23, 2009, will now be paid on November 05, 2009.
