Interlink Petroleum Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2009, inter alia, has forfeited 8,800 partly paid up Equity Shares of the Company allotted to 24 shareholders on May 29, 1994, for their
non-payment of call money, despite of repeated reminders.
