United Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2009, inter alia, have appointed Mrs. Kiran Mazumdar Shaw and Mr. Madhav Bhatkuly as Additional Director on the Board of United Breweries Ltd in independent capacity.
