Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of Second Quarter ended on September 30, 2009 & the Board will also consider declaration of interim dividend at the said meeting.
