Skf India Limited had informed the Exchange that Mr. Rakesh Makhija has been appointed as President, Asia of the SKF Group and shall relinquish his post of Managing Director of the company effective January 01, 2010. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on October 23, 2009 has decided to appoint Mr. R. Makhija as an Additional Director of the Company effective from January 01, 2010
