SKF India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 23, 2009, has accepted the resignation of Mr. P. Knights as a Member of the Board with effect from October 16, 2009. Accordingly, Mr. Knights cease to be a Director of the Company.
