In the last few years many Silvassa and Mumbai based companies have shifted their production units from Silvassa/Mumbai to Dehradun and getting benefitted too.
I feel Hirect will sell their mumbai property to realestate companies and reduce their debt from the proceedings.
A good strategy that will benefit Hidirect.
