Skf India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on October 23, 2009 have accepted the resignation of Mr. P Knights as a Member of the Board with effect from October 16, 2009. Accordingly, Mr. Knights cease to be a Director of the Company.
