Orbit Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 28, 2009, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2009 & the Board may also consider declaration of Interim Dividend at the said meeting.
