The Oudh Sugar Mills Ltd has informed the Exchange that a meeting of the Finance & Corporate Affairs Committee of the Company will be held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, to approve allotment of Equity Shares to Warrant holders on conversion of Detachable Warrants into Equity Shares.
