Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that Administrative Committee of the Companys Board of Directors vide Circular resolution dated October 16, 2009, resolved to issue and allot 61125 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005.
