Parsvnath Developers Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Malay Chatterjee, Nominee Director of Housing & Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO), has ceased to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. October 14, 2009, consequent upon the withdrawal of his nomination by HUDCO from the Board of Directors of the Company and its acceptance thereof by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 14, 2009.
