Container Corporation Of India Limited has informed the Exchange vide notes to Accounts in the unaudited financial results for the quarter and six month ended September 30, 2009 (taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 14, 2009) that: "The auditors qualifications on the accounts for the year ended 31st March, 2009 have been replied to in the Directors Report of F.Y. 2008-09. These qualifications have no material impact on the accounts for the quarter/period ended on 30th September 2009."
