HCL Infosystems Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors (Securities) of the Company pursuant to the authorisatlon given by the shareholders under Sect 81(1A) and other applicable sections of the Companies Act, 1956, has decided to make an issuance of Equity Shares of par value of Rs 2/- each of the Company to Qualified Institutional Buyers and to open the issue on October 14, 2009. The committee has also approved the Preliminary Placement Document in respect of the Equity Shares proposed to be issued as aforesaid.
