Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 16, 2009, inter alai, to consider the proposal for Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) of Securities under Chapter VIII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2009 applicable for Qualified Institutions Placements and to fix the date for holding Extra Ordinary General Meeting for passing required resolutions.
