Utv Software Communications Limited has informed the Exchange that "Pursuant to the court convened meeting of the shareholders of UTV Software Communications Limited ("Company") the shareholders of the Company have approved with majority the scheme of arrangement relating to the Company and UMP Plc (a subsidiary of the Company), and UTV Motion Pictures (Mauritius) Limited pursuant to the provisions of Section 391 to 394 and section 78 and section 100 of the Companies Act, 1956".
