Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended September 30, 2009 (Q3) and the declaration of Second Interim Dividend for the year 2009, if any.
Further the Company has informed that, November 05, 2009 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend, if any.
