UTV Software Communications Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the court convened meeting of the shareholders of UTV Software Communications Ltd. ("Company"), the shareholders of the Company have approved with majority the scheme of arrangement relating to the Company and UMP Plc (a subsidiary of the Company), and UTV Motion Pictures (Mauritius) Ltd. pursuant to the provisions of Section 391 to 394 and section 78 and section 100 of the Companies Act, 1956.
