Bank Of Baroda has informed the Exchange that "Sri Amarjit Chopra, Director of our Bank, nominated w.e.f. 13-10-2006 by the Central Government u/s 9(3)(g) of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, ceased to be Director on the Board of the Bank w.e.f. 13-10-2009, consequent upon completion of his term on 12-10-2009".
